Our Commercial and Hotel department is very experienced in the business of designing and building everything from commercial type kitchens to simple snack bars.
Our product line is expansive, covering commercial ovens and ranges by Blodgett and Friomix, reach in refrigerators and drinks coolers by Beverage Air, walk in coolers, freezers and blast freezers.

We do it all - form large commercial buildings utilizing chilled water systems, apartments / hotels with multi split air conditioners, to a complete private residence with fully computerized monitoring systems. We consider ourselves experts in the air conditioning and refrigeration field, with over 60 years of experience and factory trained technicians.

We supply commercial washers and dryers by Speed Queen and Unimac. This equipment is available in gas, electric and steam models.
Different models are available for use as on premise machines in hotels and laundromats both with and without coin/card operations. Models are also available for use by commercial laundromats and dry cleaners.

We supply elevators to carry from 4 to 24 passengers. In addition to this we also offer Goods / Freight Elevators. Presently we service both Barbados and the Greater Caribbean.
Hydraulic Lifts use a "Hydraulic Jack" without a hole in the shaft. This type of lift can be used for a maximum of 5 floors with the machine room on the ground floor. The option is available to put the machine room on the top of the building, to accommodate old designs.
The Major advantage of Hydraulic Lifts is that you get a smoother ride with more control. Travel speeds are from 0.6 M/S to 2.5 M/S. Voltage requirements are from 200 to 480 supplied voltage.
Traction / Electric Lifts use cables with a machine pulley system at the top of the shaft. This type of lift generally covers up to 30 floors.
The major advantage of Traction is its use in high rise buildings. Travel speeds are from 0.6 M/S to 7 M/S Voltage requirements are from 200 to 480 supplied voltage.
Both of these lifts are supplied in standard Stainless Steel. Options are available for panels to be installed to add a more decorative finish or client supplied panels. All our units are supplied from Brazil, Italy and the USA.
All elevators can be configured for disabled persons or wheelchair access.

Modernization is a process of transforming old elevators ( 10 - 15 year old models) and adding on or changing components to make the elevator more efficient, safer for the passenger and of course more cost effective to run and operate. Modernization is less expensive than replacing the complete unit.
Now that we are in the 21st Century, we have to make and upgrade equipment so that, in years to come it will be safer for all.

Dumbwaiters are machines which utilize a small shaft for transporting goods, meals or specialty items from one floor to another, in a sanitized atmosphere.
Dumbwaiter units are Traction units (The use of cables)
Voltage required from 200 to 480 Volts.
These units can be designed to stop at either floor lever or counter height (raised above floor level.)
All dumbwaiters are designed with Bi-Parting doors (Top to Bottom)
Most units are available in stainless steel.
